Caller: Some bogus recorded message about tax office proceedings being taken out against meRecorded message, which I didn't listen to fully. Called back the number and Telstra message advised that the number is disconnected. (Please Telstra - how does someone make a call from a number that is disconnected? Can I disconnect mine and make calls for free?)

Tried calling back and it couldn't be connected so I suspect it is related to a scam
