Caller: Fake eBayCalled about unpaid order for $280 Automated call it said and if you don't pay now the order will be cancelled...the hung up. Think its a mobile checker service to pass working numbers on to a much bigger scam centre.

Had not bought anything so it must be a scam . Beware! The voice sounded American and digital in nature. Phone number is (02) 7208 8804

by Anonymous on 2021-02-11Informing me that someone using my ebay account to purchase gift cards amount $299. I dont have ebay account. Then asked me to turn on my homepage on my mobile and asked if the phone belongs to me. When I started to ask him questions of how he know my identity and my number he hang up. I called the number again and he answered knowing it was me he hang up again. Want me to pay some money in order to stop anyone purchasing gift card on my account. Male Indian accent with more talking noise in the background. Bloody scammers.

If you have not placed the order press 1 immediately to speak with our representative to cancel order " Call was received 11 Feb @16:38hrs Called back and was "transferred to nobody" . Another scam ? as the pickup didn't say " Your call is important to us"

Voice from India answered saying is "Ebay, this is Robert" After saying I was called by this number her claimed I was a scammed and wants his money. Said it a few times before hanging up.

Caller: Scammer pretending to be from EBay or AmazonCall went to voice mail but it was a recorded voice saying that my payment of $199.99 did not go through and to press 1 to speak to customer service Don’t know where they were supposedly from but I know that EBay and Amazon scams are doing the rounds
