by Anonymous on 2019-04-11Caller: Accor HotelsThis is not a scam I spoke to a lovely lady there. All above board.
by Anonymous on 2019-05-02Le Accord Hotels is a scam, they tell you it is $199 with a 10 days cooling off period. Then charge you $399 and I called in 5 days, regarding the overcharge, and since I am still in my cooling off period, I like a refund. They apologise and I am still waiting to get my money back. Then I called again 2 days later, still in my cooling off period and they put me on hold for 50mins and then it went straight to message bank. DO NOT BUY or give out your CC, they will not REFUND! Their prices is also not cheaper then Booking.com or any other site, more lies. Such a scam. Don't even stay in any of their hotels either, business with no morals and aimed to take your money do not deserve to be in business!!!!!!

by Anonymous on 2024-10-21Caller: (02) 8859 6999Accor Plus ringing with a 'management offer' to join. Very aggressive marketing technique, I blocked another one of their numbers the day before (02) 9639 0513 as they called multiple times and didn't leave a message. Disappointed that by booking a hotel stay with one of their brands, they gave my number and allowed this harassment. I asked them to remove my number from their marketing list and hung up.
by Anonymous on 2020-02-26I called back the number (02) 8859 6999 and reached vm that said I reached Accor Plus
