It seems that you're loyal patients are not important enough to tell that you have left you're practice! I went for my usual check up today and to renew my medications for diabetes and you have closed up your practice but no notice on the door ! We could see the blinds open and everything was gone! I went over to the chemist and he knew you were leaving like a month ago , the council told you that you had to move but you couldn't tell your patience that! Great work doctor!!!
