Some wealth building scheme. Hanged up after I asked what the call is about.
by Anonymous on 2017-10-10I received a call but could not get to the phone to answer in time. When I called back the number the operator said your call can not be connected please call back again, which I did and got the same operator message. I think this is a nuisance call. Block this number.

Wouldn’t take no for an answer, so I just hung up and then blocked the number
