Caller: Detector inspectorThis is a smoke alarm fire inspection whatever company that gets on my nerves, they do smoke alarm & fire inspections annually but like to be a pest contacting you all times of the day through texts , calls I have spoken to them many times and said we’ve already be inspected the real estate knows we have already had our inspection but they keep calling idk how many times u have to bloody tell them to stop contacting you but it is annoying! Leave me alone!

Caller: Smoke Detector They tried to con me into a smoke detector check up. My detectors are hardwired in and were only finished two days ago. I think its a bit early to check them, or are we really cautios these days after all we have been through in the last few years?

Consumer affairs) I read the actual lodgings.. or they will report them They then harass tenants with excessive calls and texts and time of day or night, often saying the work order has been lodged thru said real estate, when often agent has no knowledge of requested service. Then charge said real estate. The legit work orders are via forcible compliance, with little to no respect for the tenant. Will also enter property without permission , if the key is gained through real estate, rather than confirming with tenant. Really dodgy semi legal firm, with many reports in scam sites. Scams lodged in A.C.T

They called twice today when i was cooking, I have a disability. I can hear them as detector inspector but that is it and I know they are a scam but I can’t seem to say very much more than I can say when I’m on the phone. They sound Filipino every time and have it in a heavy accent maybe in Spanish, I’ve had Spanish scams too. I can’t believe they called me twice, and They have Called me before, Funnily enough when I am doing a chor, which is hard for me, I find it very strange that they call me when I have actually had the exertion to do something, which is typically not a good thing for me as I am exhausted. I do not Need to be harassed by scams. And even if they are not, they are supposed to go through the real estate, and if They can’t contact me, then the real estate will call me, this sort of thing is been going on for two years now, I had mentioned to the real estate but they have no clue about these guys. Very upsetting, and I have a condition that makes me extremely paranoid amongst a lot of other things. I’ve even had something like a burglar and effects from that and harassment from it and things of the like. It’s my right to ignore such services that I have not asked for or need yet. If I need it, I will ask the real estate and if They think I need it they will Ask me

Land line were yellow pages/ keep your mobile number out of yellow page’s . If you needed a f*cking handy man you just look in the white pages were for business. Third Party’s pay companies to give phone numbers out information,f*cking email as well annoying leave us the f*ck alone

Caller: Director inspectorI would say that this company is doing random marketing calls. We had already recent smoke alarm check 6 weeks ago organised by the strata. I have just confirmed by the strata that there is no smork alarm recheck unless otherwise there was an issue. "Director Inspector" lady sounds randomly calling mob numbers to get the new customer for the smoke alarm check. Unfortunately, I have to block this number as this is unnesessary.

They are not engaged by your real estate agent, they do not have authorization to enter your home and they do not have a legal basis to drum up business this way. At best, it is misleading conduct under the Trade Practices Act and you should call the Fair Trading Commission (NSW) and lodge a formal complaint or report them to the NSW Police Force. The callers are from a call center in (surprise!) the Philippines. If you entertain these idiots, you will be fleeced.

I called back number (02) 9657 4290 spoke to a woman who said company name is Detector Inspector.

Caller: Detector InspectorTechnically a real company, but their call centre aggressively harrasses in order to generate more business. Not a great track record. See reviews of them elsewhere as well.
