and since this is a survey, not every digi customer get this call after they made a contact with digi customer service. that's why they said "you may be" monitored and called for a survey.  MAY BE not WILL BE. :)

this is digi survey call. only calls you if you have contacted digi customer service for whatever matters you have with your digi account.  during the waiting time before you get connected to the customer service officer, you will hear some information on digi including that the call may be monitored for customer service feedback and you might be receiving call to do a survey on their product or customer service.they only call you once after you have made call or report to digi customer service regarding your digi account problem. whether or not you pick up their call, they only call you once.  they will only call you again only after you made another report on whatever problem you have with your digi account.i got a missed call from them and i call back and they explained about the above to me.  telemarketing companies won't  even let you hear the ringing tone of their telephone when you call back. :)
