by Anonymous on 2016-08-10seen this number come up on my phone, didn't answer it because I don't know anyone with area code (03). went to answering machine and male voice said "for fu*k sake" and hung up. RUDE!!
by Anonymous on 2016-11-02Left a message asking me to call them back. Didn't say who they were calling from or who they wanted to speak to - luckily I found this site last week so I've looked them up. Glad I didn't call them back! We're on the do not call register too, so much for that!
by Anonymous on 2016-11-19When they called they told me all items were free. I then asked them to confirm they were all free, and not buy this and get this. Upon receiving booklet it was clearly a lie, and will be seeing Consumer Affairs.

by Anonymous on 2017-02-27James called from this number and was very polite and informative about a stimulus package put together to help the Morwell area and offered to 100 individuals on the Morwell data base. On offer was a book of free offers and discounts worth $4000. Naming local businesses many of which I was very familiar with it seemed to good to be true. he offered to call back after I had rang the local businesses and checked his claims, again sounded to good to be true so I told him no thank you, he politely said goodbye and hung up. I then checked the number and found this page.
by Anonymous on 2017-03-11Called this morning and left a message - unusual for a spam caller. "Gail" asked on message for me to return her call. Sounds like the one I got caught with selling voucher books for business in my area before I had number display to screen out answering spam calls. I used one - a free plate of spring rolls when dining out at a Chinese Restaurant. The rest expired before I got a chance to use them. Sure was a waste of money.
by Anonymous on 2017-03-13Shocking customer service. An elderly man, 86 yrs old, was told about the vouchers and told it would be a great saving for him. He fortunately did not give out his bank details. I rang on his behalf to cancel these vouchers, as he knew he wouldn't need them and couldn't afford them. I rang the Caloundra office. Ohmygoodness....what a rude lady, Donna. She wanted to know my name. I gave her my surname of Burnie, but she wanted to know my Christian name. Why? I was cancelling some vouchers! She started shouting at me and then when I said I only wished for her to cancel the vouchers, she 'hung up'. It was shocking. Utterly absolutely unprofessional. I hope other elderly or vulnerable people do not get 'taken in' by these people. What on earth do 86 yr old men need with these vouchers? It is heartbreaking that these sales people can attack vulnerable people without first asking if they can afford the vouchers, or if indeed they 'need them'.
by Anonymous on 2017-05-01Lyeing Finance or have you bought a ticket to a house prize, coz they're selling you're data.
by Anonymous on 2017-05-03Very unprofessional who ever these people are. Lady ask who was in charge so I simply said the manager was out of the office today, she just hang up. If these people are just wasting our time I don't care that she hang up but just found the phone call very unprofessional. They have called twice in the last 2 days.
by Anonymous on 2017-07-06Purchased the $100.00 voucher book after speaking to a very pushy lady who convinced me that it was great value with lots of free coupons. Today I went to use my first free voucher for Dominos and was told they should not be in the book and would not honour the voucher -how many more vouchers will be useless - don't purchase this book!
by Anonymous on 2017-09-05I got a call today from this number (03) 8371 9950 saying I had 1700 lot of vouches un my home town to spend in local stores. When i said i wasnt interested she was quite rude and hung up
by Anonymous on 2015-02-27Just got a call & I am on the DO NOT CALL register. I let them go through their spiel about their voucher deals until they stated their price of $99.95 & I just hung up. Waste my time ...then I waste yours too.
by Anonymous on 2015-04-20It's Urban Promotions. They have legitimate voucher booklets, as our business participated in this previously. I said I honestly could not afford to buy their booklet, she said no worries. Simple as that.

by Anonymous on 2015-09-16So very rude and combative, called to ask if they could stop calling our 85 year old mother ( 2 years ago they tricked her into buying a book of coupons she cannot use) and this time they told her she had one a gift and coerced her into giving them her credit card details and promptly charged her $90.00. They are awful people and people be very wary of their selling tactics
by Anonymous on 2016-02-29I just had a call this morning from (03) 8371 9950 and they actually left a message "Hi it's Carla... please call me on 1300 737 777". I thought I'd check up on here to see if either of those numbers were listed and here they are. Thanks everyone, for writing your comments... it's helped me out a lot.

They called me. After initially saying the offer was for 'free' services (which I didn't believe in any case) I asked the caller to hurry up and get to the pont of the call. She asked if I wanted to buy a book of vouchers (I would say that the earlier reference to 'free' was thus wilful misrepresentation). I said 'no, thank you' and off she went. I'm on the 'Do Not Call Register". So I called ACMA and lodged a formal complaint.
