i got a phone call today from this number. but they hang up..and if it is australia post that just goes to show how stupid they really are. they cant even talk to an answering machine......they deliver stuff and break it, then you have to ring them and spend hours on hold.REPORT THE ARSEHOLES    they need to do there jobs or there is 1000's of people who need jobs..

Got this number (aus post) several times , they never leave a message , and always hang up when i answer . I have made a complaint about misdirected mail on 3 occasions , my feeling is they're filling their stat. sheets this way , to show they are following up on complaints . . . . . .

yep Aussie Post Complete fools and a total waste of time. They owe me money from a redirection. it takes 20 days to get the money back but that is only after you have called them to advise them of the fact that they advised me that they were going to send me a money order? Yep - Australia Post. I made a complaint around a fortnight ago regarding incorrect deliveries and they said they'd call me back after 2 weeks of investigating - they kept their word ... hurrah!

Same thing just happenned to me- they just hang up without saying anything. I too have a pending investigation for a parcel they gave out to the wrong person....what the?! Why do they get away with this?

Why can't they reply by email as I requested? I'm too busy with babies to answer the phone and wait for someone to sort things out. Babies don't wait!!!
