0407 599 596 Richard Zuch Tiling - WORSE TILING JOB EVER -tiles were not on the wall right - tile glue was not applied properly with bad cuts around the edges. Hopeless - do not use this guy if you want a good job done. He does very sloppy work and I have proof photos and a receipt he gave me that is barely legible on a napkin. This guy is cheap but cheap for a reason. The work is not what I would call professional at all. Worse than a first year apprentice. Other people please share your stories as it appears he has removed bad reviews from google.

Caller: 0407 599 596Richard Zuch, Ceramic tiler should not be allowed to be in business as a Ceramic Tiler. His work is sub standard. He couldn't get the grout joins even on a basic splashback. He was too lazy to cut tiles around the window frame and opted for a quick fix. His tile cutting was disgusting with jaggered and uneven edges. He didn't supply any backing board for support and opted for gaffer tape. Didn't do any caulking which is so important to stop water seepage, especially around a kitchen sink and also more importantly prevents bacteria. This guy needs to be blacklisted. As a consequence, we have had to have the whole job redone. His quote was ambiguous and not exactly clear what his intentions or cost would be. I am happy to share my story as this guy is not a professional at all.

6 years ago same thing happenned - worst tiler ever - tiles all uneven and not even lined up. he needs to be taken to VCAT and sued for damages.

This guy is the WORST TILER I HAVE EVER SOME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. He did the most disgusting job you could imagine. He literally like dabbed tile glue in spots and put the tiles on the wall. Weeks later the tiles were legit falling off the wall and smashing onto the ground. How this guy is allowed to do this baffles me. His tiles are all like stickup up uneven and the cuts are so poorly done. This guy should be banned from ever laying a tile again. Also he wrote me the receipt for work he did on a napkin in his pocket I couldnt even understand what it said.

he did a job 10 years ago. still the same guy can't do a proper job and all tiles were jagged and uneven cuts. Whole bathroom had to be redone - plastering, tiling waterproofing cost me 5-6K.
