Then you speak to an operator who asks you to then go to the app store and download the Zoho Assist app. DO NOT DO THIS AS IT IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. I then rang Amazon who verified the scam and said there is only one number for Amazon 1800 571 894.
