Got an sms from this number saying a login attempt was made to my Paypal account and said if it was not me I should click on the attached link. I did not click on the link as I don't think it is from Paypal.

This is the second SMS in 2 days, allegedly stating that a new device had been registered on my PayPal account and to log on to http://paypal-account-payment.org I know that this is a scam as the web site was blocked by my security software.
