by Anonymous on 2018-11-07Had a missed call from this number, I called them back on my work phone. first had the spiel " your call is very important to us and you will be assisted shortly, please hold the line" no mention of a company name. when someone answered the phone you could hear a lot of background noise like a call center, I stayed quiet until someone on the other end hello is this Alison? I then spoke, said no, he realized I was a male and hung up on me. I have put a block on my mobile with this number now.

Same spiel, says I entered some competition or filled in some form, but couldn't tell me where, and wanted to send someone to my house to do some "Financial Fitness" thing and give me my Google Home Mini.

by Anonymous on 2018-11-09Caller: Ian Called and told me they are from Infinity Group in Brisbane and that I had registered online in a competition to win an Ipad or $1000. I asked why he is calling me and he said he can "help me improve my financial situation". I told him I'm not interested and I want to be off their call list and he hang up on me. He was putting on a fake Australian accent and there was call center noise in the background.

They said it Infinity Group AUSTRALIA at Bella Vista and they used to sponsor the Sharks. I googled them and read very bad reports and complaints about them scamming people and taking their money doing financial plans with dodgy people. It’s a scam, run run run away. Scam scam rip off, scam.
