This is a number circulating on Brisbane City Council letterhead delivered to Albany Creek Qld (not even IN BCC area!) claiming callers in postcode areas 4017 & 4034 can get an electricity rebate. Scammers are pretty dumb if they don't know Energex and various retailers are the electricity providers - NOT Council.
