I told him I would pay him the balance on pickup. I was prepared to pick up any time that suited him. He told me he could not have me pick up before Saturday and he wouldn't hold the goods. He now tells me I didn't ask for his terms and conditions and I am not getting my deposit back. I thought I paid the deposit to get him to hold the item until Saturday. t
