Creepy that I was looking up Health insurance, I never leave my number, anywhere then a couple days later this number call. So my web searches are triggering cold calls. Not ok.

Caller: Robot The robot voice said it was from the department of human affairs, she said my identity was being used and they were going to investigate and there was an arrest and I could talk to an agent

I received a call from 0423 787 174 at 7:32pm on a Tuesday evening. I didn't answer. I don't know who called as they did not leave a message but it's not appropriate to cold call someone after business hours & especially when they have not requested any information from the company in question. Irritated!!! Blocked the number.

Caller: Aussie protectSame as previous comments as good as junk call. Is it time to have a class action against any company or carrier that breaches the telecommunications act. As it's the carrier who allows this behaviour from scammers to continue. Even after many have blocked a/many numbers from phishing scams. Blocked for personal privacy. Do not call-means NO MORE. IT DOES NOT MEAN just change a number after X volume and continue ringing off the same database. Current affair need to be informed and a class action to bankrupt this immoral practice. This wastes my time and interrupts important affairs. Myself and others having to write this is an example of situation were it otherwise. Thanks

I kept getting calls from this number and have blocked however they now keep calling from alternative numbers. When you do speak to them they are not trained and act like robots e.g. "YOU will tell me which health provider you are with" er no actually I will not. How's about you gain permission to speak to someone first and obtain their number by consent. Utter cretins!

Caller: Aussie Protect. Don’t know why they’re calling, as I’m supposed to be on the “Do not call” list.. but called back and reached the Aussie Protect enquiry line. I kinda think I might answer if they call back.. just so I can waste their time going over my NUMEROUS chronic health conditions... including end stage renal failure. (Which on its own is enough for me to be coffin shopping!). I am a complete medical paradox. And I wouldn’t even need to tell a single lie to have them hanging up on me, or begging me to shut up... No company in their right mind would give me health insurance! This could be fun 🤔

Received an incoming call from this number, and the joys of having caller ID on my phone with Telstra, as it identified the number as 'Suspected SPAM' so I ignored it.

These calls are originating from the Australian Call centre managed by CPM-AUS.com.au. I’ve sent an email of complaint to Paul.crummy @ cpm-aus.com.au. I’m on the do not call register so shouldn’t be getting these calls

Caller: Aussie health comparisonCalled and said he was calling from Aussie health comparison. Was extremely rude and said things like - what we’re going to do is check your health cover, what your paying and other details ok. I told him you can’t tell people what theyre going to tell you, especially in regards to something as personal as their health. While I was talking he spoke over me saying, woah woah woah hang on a minute there. So I hung up and blocked. How do they ever expect to earn business with twats like that calling people

I called back number 0423 787 174 reached IVR for a company called Australian Contact Center.
