Hi WA 1990, If he stole $10,000 from your business account have you reported it to the Police? If not, I suggest you do. He keeps getting away with his con's because no one (except me) seems to want to hold him to account. If everyone he has stolen from or conned takes action against him he will eventually get caught and go straight to jail again. As it is, I have taken all the legal actions I can take and they are all civil matters. What we really need to do is get the police involved so they can use their resources to track him down.

Thanks for that info Joe. I find it unbelievable that 'many IGA store owners may still be in contact with him'. Surely there is a way that head office can alert these store owners that they are dealing with a scumbag that rips off small businesses, is a proven fraudster, a con man and a two time bankrupt? I should know - he ripped me off for $175,000 and I was the one that bankrupted him until 2022.

Nuske served 4 1/2 years for fraud. Didn't learn anything from it. Still conning people out of money by not paying his bills. Subcontracts everything out, charges his clients, doesn't pay his sub contractors. A liar, thief and lowlife scum. He's been bankrupted again and is STILL doing marketing business with IGA stores. Owes around $400,000 to his creditors. DON'T do business with this guy!
