When you call back you get an IVR saying "Thank you for calling customer service team, press 1 to connect to the next available agent, press 2 to leave a message or press 3 to opt out". I called with my called ID off, and pressed 3 and it said "You were successfully opted out" which I know can't be true as they don't have my number.
