by Anonymous on 1970-01-01Promo events company.....its WENATEX...google them and you'll see they are not an 'events company' at all the (hugely priced) bed company that offers a free four course dinner but you have to listen to their very forceful sales pitch. I refused their invitation but still the calls continue - I have caller ID so I don't answer them. I'm sick of arbitary sales people intruding on my time as an end to making money. I've asked the occasional one if I can have their home number so I can call back when it is more suitable......and guess what they say? I can't do that, it's private! Oh hello, so you think that mine isn't????? Surely a "no thank you, I'm not interested" is sufficient to remove me from their daily call list.....but I did what Maz suggested this morning, so let's see if that works. Come on Telstra, do something about this burgeoning problem!

by Anonymous on 2012-10-03I receive 2 or more calls from them a day. I rang them back and said I had a missed call from this number. The person on the other end of the phone told me about the purpose of the call. I told them that I was not interested. The next day I again received a phone call from them I rung them back and explained that I am at work and that I don’t want to receive any more calls from them. The women informed me that I would be taken off the list but surprise surprise I am still getting phone calls from them.
