Please cancel delivery of papers from today 12th until 13th January Costomer Number 103
by Anonymous on 2013-12-28This is not the paper delivery number. It is now our private number. Unlike the lady above I do find it very annoying to get 3 to 4 calls a day about none deliveries or cancellations. Unlike the lady above I do not call people up.

Three months ago I rang at least four times about holiday cancellations, no response to my messages, paid my bill, cancelled my papers in desperation, went on holiday, now I'm back and have an account with a credit! The email address given on the answering machine on the above no. is incomprehensible. My account no. is 345. My email is jbausor @ iinet.net.au. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME!!

Have received bill for S/Times delivery not sure for what period as dated from 07/03/16 to 06/03/16 I also have just noticed our account number has changed I was unaware of this.,I cancelled S/time for Easter Sunday but I quoted 103 which was our account number previously.Can you pleas advise what period Invoice 1767 is for. Thanks

Just letting you know that you have put the wrong number on your website, that is actually our home phone number. If this number does work for you you can keep it as we have just changed our phone number to solve the problem and this will be effective in 24-48 hrs. We have had several customers calling through and leaving messages, I have politely called them back and advised them that you had not received their call. I'm not bothered at all by this but just wanted to let you know so that it does not affect your business. Thank you.
