They are Hello Mobile. Apparently their automated dialer calls 13 numbers at once and then as soon as one of those answers they drop the other 12 calls! I have had several calls from this number over the last couple of weeks. I don't answer and wonder what kind of a company employs people to ring unanswered numbers over and over again.
