I was a patient at the Childrens hospital Camperdown in 1933 and was wondering if I could access any records at all pertaining to my stay there. I was hospitalised for a period of approximately nine months on and off. Thank you

I was in and out of Camperdown Children's hospital from 1963 to 1967 with chronic lung disease, and i was also taken to John Williams Memorial Hospital for treatment as an in patient an several occasions, i would be driven there by hospital staff. I want to gain access to my medical records.

I was in Camperdown Hospital for approximately 2 years between the ages of 4 to 6, i was driven to John Williams convalescent home several times the memories from those dark times haunt me still, the only nice staff member was the school teacher.

I have a mentally disabled sister who received a diagnosis at Camperdown Children's hospital in approx 1964. I have lodged a complaint with the ombudsman re her care and need to establish her original diagnosis. Is there any chance of obtaining her records. I have enduring power of attorney.
