I keep telling them that they have the wrong number, and to remove me from this list, they hang up without saying anything.. or some of them then try to say ‘oh what about you, can I…’ and I cut them off by telling them that I’m not interested and to remove me from the list.. then they hang up. So rude, I just what them to go away.

I was at work when they called and I said I did not have time to talk to them, but the lady kept asking me questions and saying there is just another question and another one...I had to hang up on her. She was so persistent ...

Yes, the reason why the addresses were registered to Resilience Drive Tuggerah is because these companies, Sovereign Marketing, Martin & Hunt, Chase Edwards etc exist solely to sell the property of Thomas Paul Constructions. They have a team of telemarketers that call you from their Head Office in Swansea, NSW (Chase Edwards building next to Macca's) and also a call-centre on the Gold Coast. They use the negative gearing/tax rebate line to get you sucked in to buying their properties to reduce your tax bill. Then they just so happen to have an investment property ready to sell you!

I had a call this morning, first time, and I immediately rang back and got an answering machine. I left a message with ONLY the phone number which they had called. If they phone again just say you've notified the federal Police and reported their phone number. I expect you won't hear from the them again!

How do i block these calls they are calling from 9634 7082 but it is Martin and Hunt and i had a call from Chase Edwards the other day also.

I received a call from m obile number 0487 774 787 at 19:44pm Thursday 21 July 2016. I called back at 19:45 & 19:45 & got female recorded message stating 'you have called Martin & Hunt & we will call you back later'. I then did an internet search on this company & found it to be listed with ASIC.

Yep, got a call today from these turkeys telling me about some government rebate i was in titled to. I politely told her to never ring me again.

Sovereign Marketing. It is a scam. They do multiple calls such as "Government rebates", "Get all your tax back", "The ATO miscalculated your tx and want to give you more back" blah blah blah.

This number rings me over 15 times a day ,most days.....thought I'd look on here to see who's number it is will block this number now thanks for the help everyone this is a great site

I've received multiple calls from this number from an Andrew at Chase Edwards insisting it's not a sales call. He claims that tax benefits from the govt are available to those who meet a certain criteria. They supposedly want to send an assessor out to you. Over the phone, they ask questions about your mortgage, age & income etc. I asked if they could send me something about the government benefits and they said I can look it up online. I told him I would investigate and ring back if I wanted. He rang again saying I had requested a callback which was a lie. Sounds dodgy to me so I'm blocking them.

Another telemarketing company... this time it's Sovereign Marketing... I didn't answer but I'm sure they wanted to sell me some crap! Anything that comes with a (02) 4971 XXXX is most likely these guys!

When they ring and hang up, it's not actually a person phoning you but an automated machine that registers whether you answer the phone or not, and helps them determine when is the best time to call you because you'll answer, rather than leave it to your voicemail. That's why there's a little delay after you answer before the call ends, because the machine is registering it..... if a number you don't know can't leave a voicemail, then there's something wrong.....

They have called each evening for the past week. I answer and they either hang up or don't say anything. When I rang the number bank I got a recorded message for Martin and Hunt Ptd Ltd. There is not much info on the Internet for them either.

I called back number (02) 4971 3530 reached voice mail of a company which I cant understand the name only understood the last part which it mentioned marketing party.

They are listed with ASIC as Martin & Hunt ACN 167 673047 ABN 91 167 673 047 They are listed business address in Tuggerah NSW 2259. However, they call from a Newcastle location. Have called Channel 9 Current Affairs and they are interested in doing a story. They have more investigative resources than me and when they track where these guys are they are going to contact me also for an interview. If anyone else wants to take part in exposing SCAM artists in the interview ring Channel 9, Current Affair - They are real Interested.
