They are just calling to confirm a drop-off time for signed goods (ie. alcohol).

This is Fastway couriers. For me they were returning my call about a parcel that had gone missing.

I called back number (02) 9714 5800 reached voicemail for a company called Fastway Couriers.

You may as well not bother sending your parcel if you use this courier company. Don't bother trying to contact them as they automatically cut your call off after you wait for 10 mins. After a week still no one calls back even though you are assured this is marked "urgent".

Caller: Supposedly FastwayReceived a call on this number claiming to be from Aramex telling me they had a parcel from someone and they wanted payment for said parcel. Hung up. Not waiting on a parcel. Rang number and got some gentle man whos only line is "Can I have your tracking number please". Can you give me to your supervisor please?. "Sorry I cant do that". I am reporting a possible scam, "Sorry I cant help you with that, Do you have a tracking number?" ................. And you wonder how scammers thrive.

Called for a name to clear customs

Caller: Aramex Called to say that they have destroyed a package of mine as its damaged. Well there you go, no asking me about it.

They are the worst courier service i have ever experienced, they drop cards in your letter box yet never come down to your property with the parcel. If they call you they never leave a message. Worst courier service ever in australia
