Third time same message but different number each time, first time landline previous two were from different mobile numbers

by Anonymous on 2020-11-07Phone was silent, then a beep and a recorded "Goodbye". I am assuming this number gathers data on phones that answer and your name. Do not answer it. Block it, or I suspect your number will go into a database and you will receive calls from other numbers.
