It I should Chase Edwards & they do have a good product about buying investment properties, but they are annoying as I have been to a talk with a consultant & was happy with their product it just wasn't the right time, & now they keep calling me even though I have asked to be removed from their database

You need to understand what is happening with calls like this. The call is made from a computer. If you answer, the computer then knows the number is a valid, working telephone number. The company then onsells the number to telemarketing companies. Rule: DO NOT ANSWER:-)

When I return the call from this number, all I get is a voice recording saying "Thank you for returning this call we'll be in touch with you in regards to this important matter" Then it disconnects with no reference to whom they are or what the important matter is they are referring too
