by Anonymous on 2020-07-15Caller: they claimed to be energy Australiathey called on (03) 8372 3099 claiming to be from energy Australia a man answers and says his name is Keven and asked for some info he then explained why he was calling and said that the account that was connected to the current provider was being changed without asking if that is what is wanted then said he was going to transfer us over to his friend but instead of going on hold and being transferred to another line we just herd 2 people talking and then another deeper voice he said his name was Brandon before he could finish with the terms of conditions we hung up

Most of them sounded pretty rude and were trying to obtain my personal details and even asked me questions starting with 'do you understand...'
