Caller: Scammer FROM ELECTRICITY COMPANYScammer calling saying I owe a electric bill when my electricity is paid through my landlord. The guy was rude and kept insisting I had to pay it. After call Called back number and it says Top Bargain Electric and when searched on the net nothing about them comes up. Beware as they had my email address, phone number, address and full name and are very smart about the way they word things. Please don't fall for there trap.
