Mycom selling printer cartridges. They don't stop calling, every month, even when I say I'm not interested, and try to get me to feel guilty that I'm not buying anything off them. Offering coffee machines or whatever if I buy a certain amount. Very pushy. A quick google of Mycom will put you off dealing with them.
by Anonymous on 2015-07-20Call me just about every month trying to sell printer cartridges. Told me they were offering a 40% discount on a cartridge for 8000 prints. When I checked the price, It cost the same as a 12000 print cartridge. Really the 40% was off the printing at the same price. They are really annoying and persistent. Their first line is all the time is "do you remember we spoke last month". Next time they use this line I will tell them "yeah and I told you to FX%$ off"
by Anonymous on 2015-08-06they called me on my own mobile, don't know how they got that number, and said we spoke a little ago. Never spoke to them and never will. When I sdaid that overseas calls with a time delay are really awkward to deal with he said no he's from Melbourne and using voip so that's why the delay. we use voip and have no such delays. never trust a liar.
by Anonymous on 2015-08-27And yet again today (4.20pm) with Kevin saying they have sent me an order! For "F" sake can't the "F" wit get it through his head. I am not interested. If an order arrives here without my permission its going straight back postage payable by these "F"ing deadbeats. I have not ordered any cartridges, nor will I accept any delivery of these cartridges. Kevin would have to be the most arrogant and pushy sales person that I have ever come across.

by Anonymous on 2015-09-28Liars - They've gotten my number after I registered a new business and website, called trying to tell me she called back in March but I was busy at the time so she called back - couldn't tell me what printer the cartridges were for. Told her I am not interested in doing business with a company that calls up and lies to me, she started talking animatedly after I told her she was lying to me so I hung up. Would you believe she called back again a week later! Unbelievable!
by Anonymous on 2015-09-30This company is a bunch of f*cked telemarketers that have nothing to do than annoy people all day long
by Anonymous on 2015-11-10Receiving persistent calls for over a year, what a nuisance these bozos are!!

by Anonymous on 2016-02-05Yes, this company (Mycom) calls us several times a day and sometimes 2-3 times a week, EVEN AFTER telling them we are not interested. These people have been harassing us for over a year now.
by Anonymous on 2016-02-11Didn't answer call, she left a voice message. The voice message was very faint and hard to hear - she was randomly humming and singing.
by Anonymous on 2016-02-17I had the same call today and they started with the common statement that they are calling back in March as we discussed, however, before I started to say "I don't remember ..." He just hang up.
by Anonymous on 2016-03-14Company is Mycom, they make regular nuisance calls (to business) about printer cartridges despite being repeatedly told we aren't interested. Googled and learned they are dodgy. When they last called I asked them to remove this number from their call list and they refused to, saying they had had conversations with a manager and were following up - this was a lie. They somehow got the name of a manager and always ask for her and tell lies about previous conversations with her.
by Anonymous on 2016-05-24"Danny" referred to a previous conversation, which had not taken place, about printer cartridges. I informed him that we are on the Do Not Call Register & he disconnected immediately.
by Anonymous on 2016-06-06I have had a number of phone calls from these people, 6 months ago an Indian man called me for about the 6th time telling me that I had cartridges on there way and I informed him that I didn't want them and that I had a very good supplier already. I then rang Mycom and informed the girls in the office that they needed to take me off their call list. I explained that if they didn't I would be taking out an harassment suit against them. They explained that they would remove me and I thought it was all done. Today I received another call from the same Indian man as 6 months ago. I explained to him that I had been removed from the phone list and that he should not be calling me and hung up. Straight away he calls me back explaining that I have more cartridges as I have a contract with them, I informed him that I was being nice to him but it wasn't going to last long, so he should remove me from his call list, say goodbye and never call me again. I got the goodbye lets hope he has lost my number
by Anonymous on 2016-07-08I put in an order through email system to newsagent then received call from Asian lady on a 03 prefix which I thought unusual at first until she spoke directly about the toner and items I just ordered from newsagent so I thought she worked for them. Not happy at all and I thought spying on people's conversations were illegal. Internet been around for how long, it would be nice if the police started arresting these people as if I receive one more call from them I'll find them and ring their necks not to mention shove that phone right up their cake hole.
by Anonymous on 2016-08-30Received a call from Kevin last week trying to pressure us into buying canon cartridges. I said no. Thought that would be the end. Today I have received three calls 2pm. 3.15pm & just now 3.20pm. The first one from Kevin informing me that I am going to receive $600.00 of cartridges for my printer. I stupidly asked which one and he said a set of numbers that I did not recognise. I said it is a MG7160 I then asked if they were genuine cartridges and all he said was that they will give you more pages. Every time I asked if they were genuine he would always come back with the same answer. In the end I said straight out "if they are not genuine, don't ring me again". That call was at 3.15pm. Then at 3.20 pm I answered our phone and it was him again saying "Hi its Kevin again give me a chance". To which I replied "get your supervisor to call me as I will not be buying non genuine" I have requested an email confirmation of the price I am going to pay being $5.50 per cartridge. I now await to see if the email arrives. Should have looked up his number before the second call, but being on the road there is not a lot of mobile reception for the lap top.
by Anonymous on 2015-09-07MYCOM 'free' printer cartridges that come with a 'free' printer.. "just give us your business account details so we can bill you for your second order of cartridges"..yeah right!!! Have called persistently for almost 2 years from various 'local' numbers (routed from india) and sometimes from no caller id numbers even though I have threatened to report them to the ACCC for harassment. If their offer was legit, why would they have to try so hard to give their 'free' items away?
by Anonymous on 2016-01-19Mycom printer cartridges. Same for us. They keep calling even though we have threatened to report them. Sick to death of their calls. We are going to persue a formal complaint and report them to police for scam.

Calls and hangs up, I guess they hope we will call back. May be as Sarah said I put a block on a printer consumables mob and they switched to a landline number to get through, this may be one of their numbers.
