Look at Reverseau - they say there has been a flurry of complaints about this number. It could be legitimate, or it could be a sophisticated scam so if in doubt, ring your doctor's rooms directly to confirm but do not click on any links in the text message.

Talked to doctor’s secretary who confirmed that they did contact me by phone and email, so I consider this number to be totally legitimate.
