She starts off very polite, but when you start asking her questions, she gets very defensive and said she’s trying to help me! I advised her I didn’t contact them asking for any help and hung up; that’s was a month ago!

They informed me they were doing this on behalf of the ATO and i stated that the ATO website does not show this. They hung up.
