10 dec 2010 i moved out of my apartment in dee why, end of jan i called agl to get gas put in my ex wife's name, they said they cant transfer names, so i asked for a disconnect told my ex she needs to connect service in her name or she wont have gas! i heard nothing till 1 dec 2013 got calls 3 times a day 7 days a week 6am, 4pm, 11.30pm, from probe finance then called agl and got no result so got legal rep! to take agl and probe to court for gross negligence, defamation of character, unlawful harassment, pain and suffering due to mental anguish, and loss of potential income due to poor credit rating! agl and probe were served 20 jan 2014 i continued getting 3x daily calls untill 30 june 2014 agl and probe had court adjourned 3 times in that period! then they got it adjourned till 9 jan 2015! i then started receiving calls from pantheria finance 2 august 2014, i informed them about the on going court case with agl and probe and explained the reasons for the court case, reminded them of Australian phone harassment laws "1 call in 14 days if phone is answered or not!" and that after this call i cannot talk or reply to them as it is a conflict of interest as they are acting on behalf of agl! and if calls received exceeds legal limit even once that i will then start a 2nd law suit against them and agl for the exactly same aforementioned reasons. 7 jan 2015 agl yet again adjourned till 10aug 2015 all with no reasons given, i still get calls every 14 days and ask who is calling? then say check your notes or call recording and then hang up! i received an email from them mid oct 2014 and 24 dec 2014 demanding me to contact senior manager accounts receivable within 5 working days or further action will be taken. so forwarded them to my lawyer only to find that they to have breached harassment laws as it is any contact not just phone!!!!! agl and pantheria finance should be being served any day now!!! my lawyer also told me that probe finance and pantheria finance are one in the same!!! same physical address same senior management and same group of computer generated automated phone numbers!!! don't block them record them then take them to court and anally rape them using the laws!!! if we all do it they wont be able to afford the cost of a call to life line!!!!! i do however feel sorry for the innocent call center staff!!!! only because i really gave it to them before the law suite only to find out that as soon as they end one call, the computer system auto dials the next number, they don't even know who it will be till the name comes up with the auto dial!!!! really strange that this failure to disconnect did not happen with origin, telstra, dodo, or foxtel these guys just transferred the account holders name into my ex wife's name! so much easier!

called me several times! looking for someone else. Someone i dont even know! asked politely not to be called again. Asked not so politely not to be called again. Now told them to F*** off. they dont get the hint! They are rude and i will be reporting them to my telco if they keep it up.

Hi I have not actually spoken to these guys yet and don't want to going by the comments on here about them. I have had quite a few calls from them and I know it is them coz I wait till like midnight and call the number and a recording answers saying it is them. A big thanx to "Your Mum" for those extra numbers I have added them to my block calls and sms app.

I can't find out who they are working for as I do not owe money to any one. There is silence when I question them about the ongoing calls. FFS, my phone is on silent cause the calls are incessant.

When these morons call ask for their full LEGAL name,they will tell you that they cannot give that to you,then ask them why would you expect me too and hang up! these scum are third party interlopers and have no signed contract with you!
