Everytime I call a different ANZ number, it connect me to this number with the same guy all the time. Hey, I am not a racist but with the scams and stuff going on , I can not disregard the notion that maybe this number is a scam

It hasnt actually told you what the number is from. This is the ANZ Banks credit areas number. So if you see this number the credit team is trying to contact you, so probably better not to answer.
