I have blocked this number but still get sms

SCAM Horse Racing Tips from out of nowhere.

i received an sms that says: "Free Tip Massive Inside Mail Caulfield race 3 number 1 Embrace Me Running in a weaker grade has trialled super the trainer has her ready to win 1st up will win. Sam"

Caller: horse racing tip on SMStoo funny. I might just back it tomorrow. would this be a punter trying to influence the odds?

Caller: Australia's Best Tipping Service (their claim, not mine!)Initially thought this SMS was from a tip truck hire place :), but no...horse race betting! How does this scam make money? Is it to influence the betting odds on a horse they own? I don't bet on anything, not even lotteries, so absolutely no interest to me. Have blocked any further SMS or calls.
