Network 21 (Amway) scam. Mark Else was the caller

by Anonymous on 2016-02-21

Mark Else, spam caller regarding vague financial Advice, tries to set up face to face in a public location. DODGY

Rang 2.00pm on a Saturday, starting with the usual, "How are you today?" and then asking if I was interested in making some money. SCAM!!! Go and start paying for some advertising like any reputable company would do, not making damn nuisance calls to annoy people whose number you get from the white pages!

Mark Else calling again on a Saturday morning. Selling the infamous "business opportunity". Calling numbers on the Do Not Call register, so I think you can probably figure out the type of person you are dealing with. Very rude and ignorant. I suggest anyone receiving these calls register a complaint at the do not call register website and complain directly to Amway on 1800 45 46 47.

Received a text message from this number. It read: “Hi <name>, I need to let you in on something. I have been fortunate to meet and tie in with some successful business people that are coaching me in the e-commerce space. I am doing it to generate some extra cash but has the potential to get serious and I thought of you. I think it could also be a fit for you. If I text you a short video link on how we generate cashflow would you watch it in the next 24 hours. Mark” I didn’t respond and received a follow up text: Hi <name>, second time texting you. We are excited about the opportunity. If I text you a short video link on how we can generate cashflow would you watch it in the next 24 hours?” Not sure how he got my number. White Pages maybe? I plan on blocking based on comments found here. Thanks everyone!
