Today an extremely rude man rang at 1:20pm requesting I press 1 to take his call re a taxation issue. He asked for my name so he could access my tax file to which I replied "No" tell me your name. He then said I have told you my name you stupid..... I have his number the time he called and apparently his name (English) not that good. I wonder if the Ombudsman would be at all interested. If only.
