Asked what information she held about me, and she had my full name and email address. I advised her that I would callback PayPal to discuss this. She then aggressively said I was too smart and an idiot and hung up on me.

Was persisting me to check my phone. Questioned if they were really from Service NSW as she was telling me to do something illegal. Then she hanged up.
