by Anonymous on 2024-07-26This number rang my mobile phone # at 1.12 pm Monday 24 June, 2024. I answered with a usual 'Hello, Xxxx here'. No answer/acknowledgement of any sensible nature offered, followed by what sounded like an electronic 'gulping' noise from the network, then that was followed by what sounded like an Asian/Indian accented voice (male) asking 'Hello?'. Call truncated at that point.
