I would like to make a complaint with a call i made lastnite. On the telly it had an ad about carbon monoxide, so i called the hotline 1800 800 158 to query, if we could have someone come and have a look and see if we were safe with our heating and so fourth as we have no idea what carbon monoxide is and how is smells, when i spoke to David the operator lastnite, he informed me that whoever was to come around to check would give us advice as such on carbon monoxide no cost involved. Since then we had a tech come around, was not helpeful at all in any of the queries i had and said he was only there to turn off our gas!! After pleading with him to let it go as i didnt think it would get to the extent it did, he refused, and said it was up to us to look for our own gas guy to turn it back on! Now by this stage i was pissed off!! he turned it off and that was it. we then spoke to our gas bloke who fixed our heater a few months ago to come and turn it back on, and now hes come aroun and doesnt know what the bloke lastnite did and we are without bloody gas!!!I am extremely angry at this whole experience and someone better come around to turn our gas back on and remind me to never ring and query again for our own damn piece of mind! 0478 016 122
