Caller: PPC?Asked to speak to Andrew. We happen to have an Andrew in our 200 plus organisation. But he had left work for the day and I never get calls for Andrew (he doesn't even have a work phone). Wanted to talk to him about his account. I said I can put him through to our accounts dept. But he didn't want that. Abrupt and aggressive. Rang again 10 mins later. If they think they're going to get any custom with that attitude they must be crazy.

Number showed as being Karuah, NSW - as with all random calls who play these games trying to manipulate you to phone a missed call - BLOCKED!! and as receptionist I am instructed to immediately hang up on these types of rude losers anyway

I asked him what did RMC stand for and was was PPC Account, he became abrupt. I then got abit suss on the call and i asked him if someone else could help him, he said no , I just want to speak to the owner and then hung up on me.

Think about it - anyone genuine would or should leave a message. Also reading the other reviews I am glad I didn't answer. I have blocked this number and you should too!

by Anonymous on 2022-08-08Caller: Robert AndersonI work in Customer Support for a real estate portal and got this call, "I am wanting to speak to the owner of the business about their google account and website." I said they aren't available but can take a message and pass it on. "Robert" then asked if there any way I can send him an email I also said no and asked for his email and he then said I'm not in front of my computer. I was already suspicious at this point so I hung up when he said that. RMC is a private partnership co-investment company in the USA so he's definitely not from NSW

by Anonymous on 2022-09-15Caller: Rmc Google ads I politely explained 3 times that I would not be interested and why, my reception explained the same thing I did in the first call which was to send through any pricing and we would reach out if interested after consideration. They did not listen well and kept calling. It started to become an every day thing roughly 3 maybe more times a day calling. I rang back and asked to be taken off their call list because I wasn’t interested. They argued with me that it was a good deal and asked why I wouldn’t be interested. When I explained why, they replied “you don’t want more customers?”, after this was literally explained. I didn’t appreciate the challenges, arguing, harassment and poor listening skills.

He rang back i didn't answer & he left a voice message saying "F*** you & my name. I then rang back & believe the same rude guy answered the phone & i said i don't appreciate his behaviour & asked for a manager & he said there isn't one, hmmmm not impressed!
