McNair Yellow Squares are breaching the legislation for the number of times they are able to contact potential participants. Regardless if whether your name is listed on the do not call register or not, you are not allowed to harrass people by contacting them 3 times in a 24 hour period. Especially after being advised that we do not wish to participate. By the comments on here you are causing people undue stress in your approach. It should not be up to others to email you to advise that they do not wish to be contacted! That is absolutely ridiculous. Stop breaching the rules and stop the harassment!

I have blocked this number - and they keep calling! Right in the middle of the day. I keep getting texts that they are trying to get through. I am on the do not call register as well.

I got a call from McNair and it was a serious survey about Government Health policy. Opinion gathering is a vital function in a democratic society which people should support in the interests of the common good.

No reason to ring ten f*cking times over four days, you seem like an ex. I blocked them after the first call and checked my recent calls to find another nine attempts which my phone thwarted.

Whilst you say that you are permitted to call numbers that are listed on the do not call register, I am fairly certain that calling my 82 year old father 3 times in 24 hours and again after my faher advised that he was not interested in particpating in your market research survey harassment. You will be reported for the frequencu of contact and continued harassment!

They just won't stop ringing have blocked the no. but still comes through as a missed call sms. Real nuisance

Oh look, that's exactly what happened. Please learn to take a hint and don't make it my responsibility for you not to call me.
