by Anonymous on 1970-01-01Same here Indian accent with an anglo name, lots of errors on my computer, terrible, it will crash within days... I kept this scamming idiot on a string for over 25 minutes before he cracked them with me about wasting his time (I don't know what gave him that idea). The longer we keep these lowlifes on the phone the less chance that they will have to scam a gullible person who might actually give them credit card details. Bait these scammers and 're-boot' your machine obvously this gives you a chance to get a cuppa and have a nice chat with the caller about computer security do not open anything that this person says to and when they get snarly with you at the end feel free to let out your frustration with a string of obscenities.... they looovvvveee that. :-)

Indian caller said he got error messages from my computer. I said I didn't have one and he said 'don't lie'. He was very agressive, knew my name, address and phone number and did not want to hang up. Said he was from Australian Technical Support in Sydney but it sounded like a skype call. Terrible experience.
