0280034266 No doubt about it. There is no company and there is no computer problem for them to know about. It's a scam. The site they refer you to sounds like a phishing site.

I am totally surprised with the whole experience. The service was unbelieveable. Thanks a lot for making me aware of my computer's problems and for fixing them. Great going Xpertech.                                  Thank You very much

Mitchell - Unless you are fronting for this company, our experience has been less than stellar - they appear to be a fly-by-nite outfit, and untrustworthy. They phoned us initially and posed as a contractor and/or sub-contractor for our existing service providers.Since we unfortunately allowed them acccess to our system (and were billed $185 US) for services rendered (which we assumed were already paid & therefore free), they have called us mornning, noon, and nite (sometimes as late as 11:00 PM - waking us from sleep). They have become incessant, badgering us, insisting we have various computer problems, which they need to fix. They never give you a real answer, refuse to properlly ID themselves, and use numerous pretenses in order to bill for further unwarrented work. We recommend that you Do Not use their service.

Not only Mitchell but Jacob and Laura are having a laugh.  You only need to look at the (to say the least) odd English.  I especially like the bit that "the service was inexplicable".  Not only is English not their first language, I doubt it is their second.  They are part of the scam, coming on here to try and make the company look legit.  We have had several programmes on BBC TV here in the UK exposing this scam.  These people want remote access to your computer and will tell any lies they can to get it.  If they succeed they will install spyware/malware to steal personal information like bank details and passwords.  They have no connection with Microsoft and know nothing about the computer.  They rely on scare tactics and lack of computer knowledge.

Just had call from Jack Wilson (sounded very Indian) who stated that we have had multiple errors occurring in the computer and that the system could crash anytime. Appears to be operating ok to me, ask if they were MS windows support, they stated they were windows computer support (not the same), asked to speak to his supv to obtain ABN No and verify who they were, he stated we wanted me to log the computer onto www.windowscure.com, I did not but check with Norton SafeWEB who state this site has not been tested and therefore in my opinion should not be trusted. BEST ADVICE, HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. Cheers
