I got one from (02) 8858 6900 today. It was from Warranty Claims Australia. I had lodged a web request on their website earlier and this was a follow-up call. Legitimate. Friendly.

by Anonymous on 2014-05-27The call is legitimate and hails from Harvey Norman's product care department, in Sydney. their published number would be 1300- 810 118, and as of 2015 is manned from: M-F 0830-1900pm (AEST) Sat 0900-1200am (AEST) www.productclaims.com.au An invoice number would be required to maintain record keeping and continuity. Their telephone staff were very helpful and punctual in responding.
