When I mentioned this sounds like a scam, she yelled at me and said she was helping me and not to use that word. told her this is a scam as I allowed someone from "microsoft" remote access a few days ago and my computer is now stuffed, so someone else bet her to it. I hung up, I received ph calls in a row after that and some angry abusive messages from a swearing yelling indian man, so that proved its not telstra.
