by Anonymous on 2017-06-05Michael Anderson - Claiming to be from Australian Taxation Office. Threatened elderly lady to pay $8700 or they will issue an arrest warrant and then would cost her $80,000. When I phoned him back asking which office he was from he hung up on me. Reported to the ATO scam line.

He asked for my phone number, told him I didn't want to give it to him so he said "f*ck you buddy" and hung up. Really classy people these. Obviously a scam so best not to call to give them a serve unless your number is private.

by Anonymous on 2017-06-06Received the same voice message as others on this page. The message said it was the ATO and I was going to be served a warrant for Tax Evasion. It said to call back immediately, which I did, but the number was blocked. It's obviously a scam.

Says they are the tax office and that I'm to phone them back or risk going to jail for tax evasion! I don't work there for I don't pay tax!
