Have been getting calls on 7 off for two weeks, always hangs up then upon call back "number is not in service".

by Anonymous on 2015-04-01yes this is a Indian call centre they give 3-4 short rings then stop & repeat next day etc its ongoing but today I rang straight back & it didn't ring but somebody was there I asked what do want they seemed surprised I got through they started there spin about having someone come to my house so I just hang up & blocked the number now.

I got a call from MyMoneyHouse a few months ago asking questions about mortgage, finances etc...I only received this call as I had entered my name and number in a 'Win a Kia' competition at the Gawler show this year. I declined their offer for mortgage software and that was that. Last week, I got a similar call from the aforementioned 'Lifestyle Group' asking the exact same set of questions. I declined again. They aren't scammers as such but just annoying telemarketers trying to get awareness of their product. Most of the comments here are from people who get their knickers in a knot over nothing. Just harden up, answer your frigging phone and politely decline then hang up. End of story. If your number is on the Do Not Call Register, that's fine. Just be aware that if you enter competitions, you are submitting your details and that is where the telemarketers will get your details. No need to whinge and not answer your phone and complain on pages like this. Put an informative comment instead of venting.
by Anonymous on 2015-10-12I have missed calls from this number for over a week, and finally took the call yesterday. It is telemarketers offering a $20 Coles or Bunnings voucher, plus some software if you meet with their financial planners at your home $450 worth of value...) When I politely responses no thanks, they asked why, with a predetermined question. When I agreed that I didn't want said financial planners in my home, the person on the phone suggested garden chairs in my front yard! He wouldn't take no for an answer. I told him I was trying to be polite, but no thanks, and then hung up. They called me back instantly and I again today. I believe he said he was from YLG. I note a lot of calls are centred around the outer Eastern suburbs

Very annoying. I instantly dismiss the call and delete any messages they send thereafter.
