by Anonymous on 2024-05-27Caller: (03) 8676 7719Definitely scam. Voice message recorded but caught caller speaking (seemingly) to someone else nearby them and in what sounded like Mandarin, then changed to English once they realised the ringing had stopped (voicemail started) "Helloo.... hello..." [End of voicemail]
by Anonymous on 2024-08-03I answered, but couldn't hear him well, so moved to a quieter spot, by which time they had hung up! Not calling them back, given comments above!
by Anonymous on 2024-08-03Answered, lady on other end said she was ringing from some mobile phone company and that my phone number had been chosen for a free phone. Played along with it for a few minutes and then when they asked what my name was I said this is a scam. The lady tried to argue that it wasn't a scam but didn't know what to say when I told her that companies don't give out free things to random people!
by Anonymous on 2024-09-04Caller: (03) 8676 7719They called offering me a free doo gee x95 phone in the mail definitely a scam. They said they’ll want $250 so half price phone which is actually $900 which doesn’t make sense. So I screwed with them on the phone telling them my name was Mike Litorous and my birthday was 8/51925 She then respeonded saying sorry we can’t sell these to people over 80 years old. Definitely a scam phone call
