by Anonymous on 2018-08-06A Man with a middle eastern sounding accent rang my mother and left a voicemail message detailing that she was going to be arrested for committing fraud and demanded that she return his call ASAP on this number (03) 9010 4107), even taking the then to repeat the number she was to call twice before concluding his threatening message. It really scared her, disgusting!!

I imagine they are using a voice over cause they have heavy accents and nobody would fall for this. The voice over is even more unprofessional.
