I received a call from similar number 0489 916 465 someone called claiming she is from some sort of real estate office in Bankstown, and they are having a conference regarding property investment and low interest Morgage for which I will receive an email tomorrow, but she wanted me to consent to provide my personal details and access to my financial records. Which I refused and said send me an email as I was totally unable to understand who she was. I thought it could be someone from my managing agent's office.
